You’re ready to head out on vacation, to spend some time in the Grand Canyon or enjoy outdoor adventure at the Imperial Sand Dunes Recreation Area. However, after looking through all our RV rental options, you’re still not sure which one to pick. Don’t stress it. Use these tips from our staff at Sand Highway RV Rentals to help you narrow down your options and decide which rental is best.
Before you fall in love with the motorhome with all the bells and whistles, you'll want to have a maximum rental rate in mind. Confer with your overall vacation budget, and then allocate just how much you can afford to spend on your RV. That way, you can stop browsing rentals outside your budget. (Be sure also to check out our current rental specials.)
How many people do you plan to have with you on vacation? Determine how many beds you will need for everyone to sleep comfortably, and then eliminate models that have too few or too many beds.
Does your campsite have full RV hookup or is it a bit more rustic? You don't want to rent one of our deluxe motorhomes with a full sound system or multiple TVs if your campsite doesn't even have power. You'll never get to enjoy some of the amenities! So check any campsite amenities, and if hookups are limited, you may decide to go with a toy hauler instead.
Where you go and what you plan to do can affect your rental choice. For example, if you're headed to the sand dunes and plan to bring along your ATV or an ATV rental, then you'll likely want to rent a motorhome that can also pull a trailer for your toys. However, if all you want to do is hike and then come back to the RV to watch movies and roast marshmallows, then one of our more luxurious, all-inclusive models may be best.
Still stuck on which RV to reserve? Our staff is on hand to hear your rental priorities and to find a motorhome that's a good fit. To get started, all you have to do is contact us at (602) 730-4505.
